The Financial Accounting system is composed of four modules:
General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Check Writing.
It is included with the Distribution Software product,
and may be purchased as an add-on for the POS software product.
|
|
|
Simple to use, yet feature rich, it is the ideal solution for
all companies, from a single user "Mom & Pop" operation to a
multi-company, multi-division, multi-location, multi-user environment
operating on a national basis.
|
|
|
All modules are interfaced to the
General Ledger and post summary
totals based on defaults set up by you.
|
|
|
The Accounts Payable module
is sophisticated and geared to
companies in the retail and distribution industries. It gives
full information on and control over your payables at all
times. It prints checks and supports ACH direct deposits.
|
|
|
The Payroll module is a complete
system that allows you to calculate
employee's checks quickly and accurately. It supports 401K, and
Cafeteria plans, as well as per diem pay and expense reimbursements.
It allows multiple pay type and pay periods, and tracks Vacation and
holiday pay. It interfaces to Accountability® W2 printing and filing
software for doing W-2 and 1099 forms at the end of the year.
|
|
The Check Writing module supports the
Accounts Payable and Payroll modules.
It allows you to set up your Checking accounts and assign which is used
for Payroll checks and which is used for Accounts Payable. Or you can use
the same checking account for both. It prints checks using your laser
printer, blank check stock, and MICR toner (both can be purchased from us).
The checks are printed with the payee's name and address in position so
that they can be stuffed in a #10 window enveloped and mailed easily.
This method is more secure (no stolen forged checks),
more reliable (anyone that has ever run out of pre-printed checks on
payday will be relieved to know we can overnight more blank check stock,
no waiting for a week or more as with pre-printed checks), and much,
much more economical (about 5 cents a check, compared to what you are
currently paying, and if you change banks or addresses or
account names you don't throw away several hundred dollars worth of
pre-printed checks that aren't any good any more).
